Regulation, Equity, and Compliance Advantage Program
RECAP is Bedrock’s internal training, deployment, and systems infrastructure built to accelerate readiness for both consultants and client organizations. It houses our proprietary CCR code mapping system, delivers certified onboarding for compliance personnel, and integrates evidence-based frameworks into day-to-day operations. Whether supporting audits, onboarding new risk officers, or establishing full compliance environments, RECAP brings structure and accountability to every engagement.
Cornerstone Access Fund
Delivering compliance support where it’s needed most, without financial barriers.
The Cornerstone Access Fund is a regulated, program-based funding model designed to expand access to high-quality compliance services for under-resourced healthcare entities. Rather than issuing direct grants to recipients, the Fund holds designated accounts - often supported by federal contracts, health equity initiatives, or institutional partnerships - which are used to provide compliance implementation, governance infrastructure, and technical support directly through Synaptic’s delivery system.
This model ensures that healthcare organizations serving vulnerable populations - including small clinics, public health programs, digital health innovators, and safety-net providers - can meet required regulatory standards without absorbing the full financial burden themselves.
Bedrock oversees the intake, readiness, and deployment process for each participating organization, ensuring that funds are applied in a measurable, accountable, and impact-driven manner. Healthcare organizations may join the Cornerstone Access waitlist, while funders - including government partners - allocate resources based on equity priorities, service gaps, or regulatory focus areas.
